3. CC1 Consultant Contract for DKB Consulting, Inc. to Replace Current Consultant

   I recommend award of the replacement consultant contract with DKB Consulting, Inc. for $101,200  through June 30, 2007 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.	-	PASS
   Minutes: CC1 Consultant shall perform the following services: PeopleSoft Version 8.9 - HR/Payroll/Benefit Admin. Processes. This recommendation is a replacement for an existing HR Consultant as approved as part of the January 10, 2007, item CC2 recommendation.
